Build startups, develop the ecosystem, and invest in ventures in Poland
Why do we share something that others keep secret?

The Innovations Hub Foundation, in collaboration with experts, develops template documents for startups, promoting the standardization of legal documentation in Poland. We help founders build businesses that comply with the law and meet investor expectations, allowing them to focus on growth.
The documents created by our partners are shared with the ecosystem free of charge supporting the education of the startup community, accelerating the process of company formation, team building, and securing investments
Additionally, we have gathered sample templates of other startup-related documents available on the market which can serve as a reference point for discussions with investors.
These document templates and guides provide a foundation for further customization, which can be discussed with our supporting lawyers - the authors of Poland's first publicly available legal guide for startups.

The first tutorial for startups in Poland: key arrangements and investor relations
The guide provides practical knowledge for startup founders and emerging entrepreneurs, which they can use both at the company formation stage (when designing relationships between partners) and at the later stage of company growth—preparing for the first investment (relationships with investors).
The document contains practical comments developed by lawyers, as well as questions and tips to help you design the relationship in a way that suits your needs.

Startup Puzzle Canvas,
A Modular Approach to Business Design

What is SPC?
Start-Up Puzzle Canvas (SPC), also known as a modular business model template, was created to help startups design their business models in a clearer and more convenient way. With this tool, the canvas doesn’t have to be filled out intuitively or roughly, it is tailored to its users - young startup founders.
Why?
BMC and LSC are tools from the previous decade…
We created Start-Up Puzzle Canvas—the world’s first modular business model template, designed by the ecosystem for the ecosystem. Traditional tools like Business Model Canvas and Lean Startup Canvas, developed in the previous decade, fail to keep up with the rapidly evolving needs of modern startups. They are outdated, inflexible, and often not tailored to the specifics of different industries. Start-Up Puzzle Canvas overcomes these limitations by offering a modern, modular, and fully customizable solution that addresses the real challenges of today’s startup landscape.
How to fill it out?
Convenient because it's modular
a simple solution tailored to the needs of industries, companies, and even individual products!
Base
The base of the Start-Up Puzzle Canvas is built on seven main segments: the problem, the product, the market, the business model, finances, the team, and key activities. Each of these segments contains a brief description in the form of a watermark, designed to clarify the content of the section. So, how should you start using SPC? The entrepreneur begins by downloading and filling out the base elements, which form the foundation for building the business.. The user completes each section by answering questions related to each area. In each base section, there is an additional field for the „unfair advantage”—the unfair advantage the startup may have. If the entrepreneur has a particular advantage in a specific area that sets them apart from the competition, they should mark the appropriate field and describe why they believe this advantage is „unfair.”
