The Innovations Hub Foundation Incubation Program is the only program in Poland that builds companies (pre-seed startups) from scratch, meeting international incubation standards. You can join with an idea or without, as part of a team or individually – and finish with a ready-to-grow startup.

Pre-registration and candidate screening

Register now individually or in a group of 2-4 people, with or without an idea. Applications are verified for compliance with formal requirements.

In-depth registration on the matchmaking platform

When you receive the qualification email, create an account on the dedicated matchmaking platform, fill out the detailed form, and if you don't have a team yet, start building one!

Further candidate screening and engagement for Stage I

Based on the detailed forms and/or interviews, we select the best teams and talented young leaders for Stage I of the program, together with IHF members!

Preparation of the investment teaser

As part of the first task, in addition to forming your team, you will work on creating the idea for your innovative project. You will also have the opportunity to participate in online workshops. You will also receive educational materials. Then, you will describe your idea in an investment teaser. Which will be evaluated.

Who is the Incubation Program for?

Young and ambitious individuals, particularly:

people or teams who do not yet have any ideas but want to change that;
people or teams who lack a business idea but possess expertise and specialized skills;
people or teams with ideas in the conceptual or implementation phase, or those running startups;
representatives from academic environments: technological, business, marketing, legal, and related fields;

We protect your ideas!

We place great importance on protecting the ideas and inventions of our participants, which is why we collaborate with the Polish Patent Office.

Additionally, the entire team of the Innovations Hub Foundation, including mentors and jurors who have access to participants' projects, is committed to maintaining confidentiality of the information according to Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for a period of at least 3 years. Furthermore, no information is disclosed without the participants' consent - we recognize how crucial it is to protect ideas.

During the program, we also educate on effective ways to safeguard projects, teaching participants how to discuss their inventions to attract potential partners, and investors, without simultaneously losing the rights to the created innovations.

January 9th - March 30th

Registration for the Incubation Program

March 3rd

Launch of the matchmaking platform

Take advantage of the matchmaking platform and assemble your team. We accept applications both individually and as a group. (Note: individuals joining after the start of the first stage will only be able to join existing teams.)

April 2nd

Final announcement of qualified participants and the official launch of the Innovations Hub Incubation Program

Each of the qualified teams will be assigned a group supervisor who will assist with organizational matters. Following that, an online official launch of the Incubation Program will take place, aimed at providing a detailed explanation of each stage of the Program and welcoming all participants.

April 3rd - April 27th

Stage I

At every stage, you will have access to the matchmaking platform, which will help you complete your team. During the first stage, your task will be to create your idea and develop a brief document describing it (an investment teaser). In the meantime, you will benefit from numerous workshops, bridging events, and educational materials that will support you in completing the task.

May 6th

Announcement of results of the I stage

After the completion of the first stage, our experts will select the best projects to advance to the next stage. Each qualified team will be assigned a mentor who will support you throughout the second stage. In addition to mentor support, you can count on online workshops and further educational materials.

May 6th - July 25th

Stage II

The second stage will begin with a Bootcamp at the end of May. Then, you will prepare a PoP, a business plan, and a pitch deck. At the end, there will be an online Demo Day during which you will present your projects to the Foundation's internal committee.

Innovations Hub Summit Incubation Program

The biggest event in Poland dedicated to startups created by young people!

The Final Gala of the Innovations Hub Incubation Program is the largest pre-seed event in Poland, bringing together investors, funds, corporations, and public institutions around innovation and startups. The Innovations Hub Summit 2024 program included the finale of the Mentoring Program and the premiere of the campaign promoting Polish founders.
